Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of recruitsocial.com, the public demo, and the Recruit Social application (together, the "Service"), operated under the Recruit Social brand. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service and early access

Recruit Social is currently in an early-access ("founding firm") phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops. The public demo stores data only in your own browser and may be reset at any time — don't keep anything important in it.

Your account and workspace

• Access to the application is by invitation, using a passwordless email sign-in. Keep access to your email account secure — anyone with your email can sign in as you.
• Your firm is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the client, candidate, and talent data your team enters, including having a lawful basis to store candidates' personal information.
• You may not use the Service to store data you don't have the right to hold, to send spam, or to attempt to access another firm's workspace.

Your data

Your workspace data belongs to your firm. You can export it at any time from within the application. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If your account is closed, you may request deletion of your workspace.

Fees

Pricing shown on our website reflects planned subscription plans. During early access, any fees, discounts, or free periods will be agreed with you directly in writing before you're charged anything.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including reverse-engineering it to build a competing product, probing or disrupting its infrastructure, or using it in violation of applicable employment, privacy, or anti-discrimination laws.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Recruit Social is a tool for managing staffing operations; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or employment-compliance advice, and you remain responsible for your firm's obligations (payroll, classification, tax filings, and similar).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruit Social will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $100 if you have paid nothing).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Export your data before closing your account; we will assist on request.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If changes are material, we'll update the effective date above and notify application customers by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
