Most recruiting software stops the moment someone's hired. Recruit Social runs everything after — the operations, the client and talent experience, and the money: timesheets, approvals, invoices, and the relationships that turn one placement into repeat business. It works alongside the ATS you already use.
Timesheets, approvals, onboarding, compliance, offboarding — the operations every ATS leaves out, handled in one place.
Branded portals, logged messaging, check-ins, and birthday touches — clients and talent feel like your only account.
Branded invoices, AR aging, SOW budgets, earnings statements and 1099 tracking — with embedded payments on the roadmap.
Your ATS is great at finding candidates. Recruit Social owns the two relationships that actually win and keep the business — the clients you serve and the talent you place — so every placement turns into a great experience and the next contract.
Winning a client, serving them well, and re-winning them all live in one place — so nothing goes cold between the sale and the next contract.
Track prospects and follow-ups, then a roles & candidates board to move submittals to hired — alongside your ATS.
Compliance checklist, documents & IDs, branded portals for the client and the new hire from day one.
Timesheets & approvals, a daily work log clients can see, invoicing with AR aging, SOW/PO budgets, and monthly statements.
Satisfaction check-ins, at-risk flags, renewal reminders and client recaps — the continuity that earns the next contract.
One platform, two tailored views — so your clients and the people you place each get exactly what they need.
The day-to-day of a contract or VA placement — billing, hours, budgets, retention — in one place, alongside your ATS.
Clock in/out, weekly timesheets, and client-approved hours that flow straight into pay, statements, and invoices.
Branded client invoices with paid/unpaid status and aging buckets — always know who owes you and what's overdue.
Track invoicing against each project budget, with remaining spend and an over-budget flag clients can see too.
Talent log what they accomplish each day; clients open their portal and see it done — no status-update emails.
Monthly client and talent pulses with at-risk and flight-risk flags, renewal reminders, and one-click account recaps.
Onboarding checklist, offboarding that gates final pay, and year-to-date 1099 totals with tax-form tracking.
Every client and hiring-manager contact with call notes, follow-ups, birthdays, and a deal pipeline — from first conversation to renewal.
A searchable bench tagged by skill, so when a role comes in you re-engage the right past talent in seconds.
A Today view surfaces every approval, overdue invoice, at-risk account, and reminder the moment you log in — and ⌘K search jumps to any client, talent, or deal in a keystroke.
Revenue by client, margin by placement, pipeline by stage, win rate, fill rate, and AR aging — the numbers that run the firm, kept internal and never shown to clients.
Message clients and talent right on the record — threads live with the relationship and in the portals, so nothing gets lost in email.
One click drafts the right follow-up from the live record — a check-in naming their team, a payment nudge with the amount, a renewal ask before it lapses, a 1:1 invite when a pulse dips. The white-glove touch of a big firm, without the headcount.
Made for contract, virtual-assistant, and managed-services staffing firms — where the work doesn't end at the hire. You bill every month, the talent works every day, and the relationship is the business. If you live on repeat clients and a great post-placement experience, this is the layer that makes an independent firm feel like a premium one. A built-in role & candidate board is there if you want light pipeline tracking too — but the heart of it is everything after the placement.
Built by founders running active staffing firms, not in a software lab. Every feature exists because a real placement needed it.
Unlimited teammates. Unlimited clients. Portal logins are always free. Your plan is set by one number — how many placements you're actually running — because that's when you're making money too.

An “active placement” is a person currently working a contract you manage. Bench, candidates, past placements, and direct (one-time-fee) placements never count.
No — and that's the point. Keep sourcing in Zoho, Bullhorn, or wherever you work today. Recruit Social picks up the moment someone is placed: portals, timesheets, invoicing, compliance, and the client relationship.
A person currently working a contract you manage. Your bench, candidates, past placements, and one-time direct placements never count toward your plan — load your whole talent pool for free.
Only their own team: timecards to approve, PTO requests, daily work logs, budgets, invoices, and shared documents — branded with your firm's logo and colors. Never talent pay rates, your margins, or any other client's information.
Same day. Add your clients and talent, send portal invites, and you're running. Moving from spreadsheets, Notion, or Zoho? We help you import.
Today you get branded invoices, AR aging, and payment tracking. Embedded card/ACH payments via Stripe are on the roadmap — Scale customers get first access.
Your workspace lives in Supabase (SOC 2 Type 2, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, daily backups, AWS infrastructure). Access is gated by a passwordless magic-link login plus a per-firm members allowlist enforced at the database level — strangers can't read your data even if they guess the URL. Client and talent portals only see their own records, never your margins or other accounts. For ultra-sensitive items like government IDs and bank details, we recommend keeping the actual files in your existing storage (Google Drive, etc.) and tracking only the status in Recruit Social — application-level encryption and per-record permissions for those are on the Phase 2 roadmap.
